This Preliminary Design is following the approved planning process for a Group “B” project under the Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000), with opportunity for public input throughout.
A Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) will be prepared detailing the existing biophysical and socio-economic environment, evaluation of alternatives considered, potential impacts of the undertakings, and required mitigation measures.
The TESR once prepared will be available at the following locations for a 30-day public review period once complete.

If, after consulting with the Project Team, stakeholders have unresolved concerns, a formal written request may be sent to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks to make a Part II Order (i.e. a request to “bump up”) for this project which may require that an individual environmental assessment be conducted for this study.
