This Preliminary Design is following the approved planning process for a Group \u201cB\u201d project under the Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000), with opportunity for public input throughout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) will be prepared detailing the existing biophysical and socio-economic environment, evaluation of alternatives considered, potential impacts of the undertakings, and required mitigation measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TESR once prepared will be available at the following locations for a 30-day public review period once complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n

If, after consulting with the Project Team, stakeholders have\nunresolved concerns, a formal written request may be sent to the Minister of the Environment,\nConservation and Parks to make a Part II Order (i.e. a request to \u201cbump\nup\u201d) for this project which may require that an individual environmental\nassessment be conducted for this study.
